Ways to Get Visitors to Return to Your Site

If you have a site, to make it worth it, your visitors need to visit more than just once or twice. Here's a quick list of what you can do get them back there. (Hint: it's what you lead them to do once they're there that's the tricky part.)

• Blog or news with RSS feed
• Newsletter with links to full articles
• Contests and prizes
• Email updates with links back to your site
• Printed newsletter with information that's web-only
• Tips (about your products, services, etc.)
• Reviews
• Forum, bulleting board or some sort of interactive Q&A
• Guest articles
• Podcasts
• Videocasts
• Tutorials/How-tos
• Interviews with experts in your industry
• News/updates
